Duties: - Definition and documentation of stakeholders <
- analysis of existing business processes and proposals for their optimization
- creation end users
- Tracking the effectiveness of implemented solutions and supporting users
Requirements: - higher education (preferably in the field of information technology, business administration or related disciplines)
- minimum of 2 years of experience in the job of business. (Agile, Scrum, WaterFall)
- Ability to analyze business processes and requirements, create functional specifications
- high level of communication skills to interact with different stakeholders
- understanding of basic principles Requirements Management Systems (eg JIRA, CONFLUENCE)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (eg SQL) will be an advantage <
- the ability to quickly find solutions for complex business deals
