Product Data Analyst in Boosta Inc

Boosta was founded in 2014 and since then the number of boosters has grown to 600+. We are actively developing and creating cool career opportunities for our specialists!

To join our product development team, we are looking for a talented, creative and persistent Data Analyst who has a passion for research and likes to dive deep into problems.

What tasks will need to be tackled?

• Look for insights that help improve the product, form and test hypotheses, and also present results to stakeholders.
• Extract and transform data from database, calculate product metrics, visualize and present results.
• Design and analyze A/B tests.
• Create dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Google SpreadSheets powered by Python+MySQL backend.
• Conduct product research based on data.

What we expect from you? 

• Significant experience with SQL (MySQL, Google BigQuery).
• Python analytics-stack: numpy / pandas / visualization libraries / Jupyter.
• Data visualization & reporting: Power BI or similar; plotly/dash (python).
• Deep knowledge of statistics and mathematical modeling.
• Hypotheses and A/B testing.
• Understanding of core unit economics and product metrics.
• Understanding data structures / OOP principles / algorithms.
• Understanding Data Science / Machine Learning principles (+ libs: sklearn, keras, etc.) will be a plus.
• Google Analytics will be a plus.

What are the stages of selection?

• 1st stage: communication with a recruiter.
< li>2nd stage: technical interview.
• 3rd stage: final interview.
• 4th stage: collection of recommendations.
• 5th stage: job offer !

The trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
