Product / Category manager (Monitors) in Staff Service

We are looking for a Product Manager for our partner, an international company.

Marketing, Planning & Pricing

• Analysis of information from customers, market changes and trends, developing counter-measures in order to achieve the targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Manage products lifecycle including sales volumes, pricing, promotion and distribution strategies
• Product portfolio analysis and planning (weekly by segment)
• National promotions development, efficiency evaluation, system processing
• Work with marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions
• Guidance of launching campaigns planning, delivery of product value to the customers through Marketing Communication cooperation
• Monitor competitive activity in the channel for differentiation
• Provide regular updates and reports and trend
• Support of products certification in cooperation with Certification Managers

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent English & Ukrainian is a must
• 3+ year of relevant experience (preferably on position of Category Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Financial Analyst)
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of time management
• Strong in MS Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data validation, conditional formating) and Power Point
