🙌🏻 Hello! Tonti Laguna Prime (part of Netpeak Group) is looking for a Product Analyst to work on web products in niches such as EdTech, Lifestyle, Health&Fitness and others. Working in our team, you will be able to directly influence product development and improve your skills and knowledge. 📍 Your skills: 1. 2 years of experience as a data analyst or marketing analyst. 2. Confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets, Looker Studio / Tableau / BI tools. Experience setting up analytics dashboards from scratch for subscription model products.3. Knowledge of the Python or R programming language for automating analytical processes. 4. Hands-on experience with SQL. 5. Experience with Google Tag Manager and GTM Server-Side/6. A basic understanding of JavaScript to work with the HTML DOM.7. Experience in A/B testing and knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles. 8. Experience with 3rd party web analytics systems (Google Analytics 4 / Amplitude)9. Ability to create informative presentations and convey complex analytical data to different audiences. 10. Experience with ARI. Ability to integrate data from different sources to create a single analytical picture. 11. Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and their relationships. 📍 Will be a plus: 1. Experience with Google Cloud.2. Experience with Google BigQuery for storing and processing large volumes of data.3. Experience in mentoring newbies. 📍 The team is waiting for you: Processing and analysis of large data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio. Setting up reporting in Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, BI tools. Checking and supporting the correctness of setting analytical tools. Development of recommendations for optimizing the marketing budget based on ROI. Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Conducting A/B tests based on data and insights, conducting statistical analysis and providing conclusions and recommendations on scaling successful A/B tests. Development and support of scripts in Python or R to automate analytical processes and data processing. Preparation of technical tasks for programmers as part of tasks for setting up analytics. Generation of insights and implementation of solutions for automation and optimization of processes in marketing. Integration of data from various sources to create a single analytical picture. Conducting complex marketing research using various data sources and creating based on them informative presentation for management and teams. 📍 We proposewe are looking for: Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00 and end from 17:00 to 19:00. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
