You have experience in product analytics from 1 year. 2. You are confident working with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau or other BI tools. 3. You have experience in creating analytical dashboards that have helped grow products with a subscription business model. 4. Closed hundreds of A/B tests: generated hypotheses, analyzed results and developed scaling plans.5. You know Python or R to automate analytical processes. 6. You work confidently with SQL.7. You thoroughly understand marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and know how they are interconnected. You have experience in calculating LTV at different stages of the product and creating its forecasts. 8. You know how to create research, visualize data and convincingly present the results. What should be done? 1. Seek potential growth opportunities for our products by analyzing data and translating it into clear recommendations for the team. 2. Improve conversion of marketing funnels based on metrics, data analysis and A/B test results. 3. Proactively analyze data "in advance", automate analytical processes, create dashboards and reports in the internal analytics system for various stakeholders. 4. Generate insights and implement solutions for automation and optimization of marketing processes. 5. Research market trends and competitors, form hypotheses based on these studies. 6. Analyze data, identify patterns, present research and help improve the level of analytics in the company. 7. Implement automation, scale and accelerate reporting and monitoring systems. 8. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of advertising campaigns. 9.
