Every day we help thousands of people find a job, and companies find employees as soon as possible and comfortable! , because we are in search of Product Analyst. l> development and development of the overall growth strategy and development of the current base of users of the site, applications, chatbots; to control and improve the data collection process; / Work with databases and SQL; Run A/B and multivariate testing for all user segments on the site and applications, from hypothesis to design testing and final results reporting; > Develop and provide strategic, audience-oriented recommendations for improving the efficiency of the website, application, chatbots, taking into account the goals of channels; Identify and implement opportunities for growth of activity and attracting current users; Be aware of the best industry practices, trends and new technologies to actively apply new knowledge. Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in the position of Product Analyst;
- Experience with CRO and A/B Testing tools (eg Split, Optimizely, Hotjar, etc.);
A confident user SQL and nosql; - You have confident knowledge of Python and major libraries to work with data;
- strong analytical skills and abilities to use analytical platforms (Google Analytics, MixPanel) and tools data to identify ideas and tell stories;
- you can find growth points for the project and search for new customer attraction channels;
- you are communicative and have teamwork skills; > You have examples of successfully implemented cases.
