We invite you to cooperate with a Product Manager/Producer (YouTube) to create videos for an English-language entertainment YouTube project with several channels and millions of views! WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You have 1 year of experience working with YouTube projects. You have a good level of English (minimum average/above average). You are aware of current trends (memes, jokes, movies, series, etc.); You are ready to take responsibility. You are attentive to details and able to find a small imperceptible error in a large volume of data; You are proactive, inquisitive, persistent, able to work with a large amount of data, can remember and recall which image you saw three weeks ago, on which channel, what was the name of the video in order to find it again at the right moment; you are easy you accept feedback and are ready to learn; WHAT YOU WILL DO: Control the processes of the YouTube channel. Your areas of responsibility: verification of research managers for the selection of new clips for the video, control of the production of the clip at each stage, review of the work of content managers of the project, making edits (at the stage of the script and editing), working with the team, regular market analysis. You control all links production, starting from the idea, ending with uploading the video to the channel; Communication with contractors and organization of the work process, based on the schedule of uploading videos to the channel; Be creative in finding new topics for videos, be a participant in team brainstorms; Regularly review analytics, look for new work strategies within YouTube, optimize current processes, create new ones.
