You will be responsible for efficiently driving global purchases and management of IT assets and licenses, making decisions and ensuring successful operation of related processes.Areas of Responsibility include (but not limited to):Procurement overseeing, optimization, and managementStakeholder, supplier and vendor managementCompliance management (including software and services)Global-wide IT asset management and logistics, primarily in EMEA and US regionsHardware, license and service purchase, tracking and inventoryOptimization activities related to assets costs and utilizationSolution and supplier research according to business requirementsHardware maintenance, repairment, upgrade and retirementDocumentation development and updateRequirements:3+ years of experience as an IT procurement specialist or in a similar positionStrong experience with IT asset management (including inventory)Strong understanding of modern hardware, software and service market, including knowledge of key vendors, suppliers and trends.Excellent knowledge of software and service licensingExperience with stakeholder, supplier, and vendor managementKnowledge of best practices in procurementSupervisory and team management experience is a plusRequired personal competencies:Strong negotiation and communication skillsGood level of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)Well-developed strategic thinking and analytical skillsStructural mindset and strong attentionto detailsAbility to demonstrate a positive approach, flexibility, and self-initiativeAbility to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlinesExperience working in multinational globally distributed teams will be a plus.Conditions:Work schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday, preferably 12 pm - 9 pm EET, with 1 hr breakDay-offs on US national holidays.We support work-life balance and offer paid annual leave and paid sick daysShorter Fridays (6 working hours) in summertime.Competitive compensation, which will take into account the experience and skills of the candidate.
