Key tasks:
- Effective management of product stocks of its category
li>Working with a large amount of dataFinding and selecting suppliers, evaluating their offers and negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and product qualityConstant communication with suppliers to monitor the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, updating information about the terms and volumes of deliveriesCooperation with the logistics department on the approval of customs documents, support for customs clearance of cargo, provision of technical descriptions, etc.Cooperation with adjacent departments for the timely completion of assigned tasks li>Assistance in conducting complaints activitiesWe expect from the candidate
- Work experience in import, international procurement and logistics
- Successful experience in finding manufacturers/suppliers on relevant global, regional, industry, specialized Internet sites and resources, conducting negotiations
- Understanding the market for DIY-segment products will be an advantage
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and accompanying documents
- Experience of communications and work with suppliers from China and other countries Europe
- Skills for working with office programs and accounting systems, working with large volumes of data
