Your main tasks will be: preparation of tender documentation and organization of purchases from ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation on public procurement and internal regulatory documents of the Company; representation of the Company's interests on issues related to procurement, in particular during inspections and control measures, consideration of complaints and court cases; provision of necessary documents and relevant explanations within the department's competence within the established period; upgrading of qualifications, raising the professional level through self-education We expect from you: higher education (legal or economic will be an advantage); experience of working in ERP systems; experience of interaction with DASU, AMCU and other controlling bodies; knowledge of English at level B1 and above will be an advantage; experience of working as a customer in understanding ZU "About public procurement"; skills of working in the electronic system of public procurement Prozorro; experience of working in oil and gas, mining or other sectors of heavy industry will be an advantage; high level of mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); organized documents, namely the available military - an account document in accordance with current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
