Vacancy: Procurement Manager

Job Description:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for the organization and management of procurement processes for goods, raw materials or services to ensure uninterrupted operation of the company. The main tasks are finding suppliers, conducting negotiations, concluding contracts and monitoring compliance with the terms of supply.

Responsibilities:

1. Organization procurement process:
   • Formation of orders in accordance with company needs.
   • Search and assessment of suppliers, including conducting tenders.
   • Conclusion of supply contracts goods/services.
2. Negotiations:
   • Negotiations regarding terms of cooperation, including prices, delivery terms, payment terms.< /li>
   • Maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers.
3. Execution control:
   • Monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality of supplies in accordance with the terms of the contracts.
   • Management logistics and organization of delivery.
4. Documentation and reporting:
   • Issue and maintenance of documentation (invoices, invoices, contracts).< /li>
   • Preparation of reports on purchases, costs and efficiency of suppliers.
5. Optimization of processes:
   • Analysis of the supplier market and prices.
   • Proposals to reduce costs and improving procurement efficiency.

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Higher education (economics, logistics , management or related specialties).
2. Experience in the field of procurement from 1-2 years.
3. Possession of negotiation and analytical thinking skills.
4. Experience work with programs for procurement management (1C, SAP, ERP systems).
5. Knowledge of the supplier market and logistics principles.
6. Communication, organization, ability to work in a team.
7. Knowledge of a foreign language (often English) will be an advantage.
