Main tasks:

• Creation, support, automation and optimization of management reporting and information-analytical visualization of data regarding purchases of NEC "Ukrenergo".
• Formation of analytical reports using data arrays of the analytics module for monitoring of public procurement bi.prozorro.org and bipro.prozorro.org of the Prozorro information system.
• Entering information about contracts to the Unified web portal for the use of public funds (E-data), in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, and in APS Tender system.
• Monitoring and analysis of reporting indicators of separate units at all stages of procurement.
• Elaboration of the annual procurement plan of NEC "Ukrenergo" for further reporting.

Our expectations:

• experience of analytical work from 1 year,
• experience in preparing analytical (commercial or financial) reporting for the top management level will be an advantage, creative approach in visualizing analytical information, emphasis on the design of analytical statements in reports, the ability to create a simple and understandable story within the framework of an analytical report,
• experience in working with information and telecommunication systemson the subject of Prozorro,
• experience working with the analytics module for monitoring public procurement bi.prozorro.org,
• demanding compliance with current legislation,
• confident software user: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point), high level of skills in Excel (Power Query - will be a priority), MS Power BI, ASKOD
• responsibility, sociability, purposefulness, energy, high work pace, initiative, stress resistance .
