What we expect from you:

• analytical thinking, ability to negotiate;
• knowledge of summary tables, complex formulas, Excel (above average);

Purchasing of packaging:

• search and selection of suppliers;
• conclusion of contracts, additional agreements, claims, reconciliations;
• monitoring of market prices and selection of the best offers;
• maintenance of data on the remaining packaging materials on a weekly basis;
• placement orders according to turnover criteria;
• making changes to the layouts of branded packages;
• order fulfillment control;
• agreing on the date of delivery to the warehouse;
• maintaining a payment table, timely submission of invoices for payment in the system, payment control;
• creating a monthly and weekly payment schedule;
• searching for packaging for new projects, ordering test samples samples;
• maintenance of current data on the cost of packaging.

Purchase of seafood raw materials:

• search for raw materials at the request of the brand manager;
• selection test samples;
• coordination and control of delivery to the warehouse of the main batch.

Production planning/warehouse:

• making production plans on a monthly and weekly basis basis;
• correction of weekly plans in case of force majeure;
• maintenance and correction of production specifications;
• calculation and supply of raw materials for movement for production;
• compilation of reports on the fact of production;
• compilation of reports on the consumption of raw materials on a weekly basis;
• preparation of the text of labels for stickers in the warehouse and production
