The position involves reporting to Purchasing Director.

Role analytics procurement:?

The Procurement Analyst will coordinate procurement improvement programs, support improvement initiatives including ensuring functional excellence, and work with a procurement performance evaluation system to ensure annual achievement of results.???

We are looking for a specialist who will:

• Research the market to identify potential suppliers and trends.
• Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis.
• Collect, verify and document business requirements .
• Ensure accuracy of all reporting.
• Check reports for accuracy and assist in correcting data inaccuracies.
• Identify issues, risks and advantages of existing and proposed solutions, assess their impact on the business.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to support the decision-making process.
• Analyze cost data and identify opportunities for savings.
• li>Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance of purchases with budget.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (savings, improvement of payment terms etc.).
• Implement and test solutions.
• Support business transformations and help implement changes.
• Use procurement software to streamline processes and improve analytics data.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to procurement policies and procedures.??

The following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important to us:< /p>

• Higher education (project management, computer science or mathematics preferred).
• Five years or more of relevant experience.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• High level of mathematical knowledge with the ability to translate complex information into understandable reports
• Commercial and financial awareness, management experience budgets.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to think critically and go beyondand standards. 
• Result orientation with the ability to plan and meet deadlines. 
• Skills in writing reports and presentations.
• Quick learning of data processing tools and techniques. 
• Experience with Power BI. 
• English language level - ?Intermediate.?
