What will you do:
- Assistance for employees, local finance, processing team
- Performing analyses related to process metrics calculation, not-paid transactions, quality check of processed reports
- Documentation management, Policy review update
- Participation and hosting calls with stakeholders, employees, team, client
- Participation in process changes
- Involvement in process audit
- Manual payments coordination when required
- Dummy documents coordination when required
- MC reclassification coordination when required
- Country specific reports review action

Here's what you will need:
- Very good MS office, especially MS Excel, skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Proactive and collaborative approach
- Oracle or other ERP system knowledge and experience nice to have
- Availability to work from office 50/50 (hybrid)
