Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education.
• Experience of working with processing systems or payment gateways from 1 year.
• Knowledge of SQL, basic skills of working with Linux OS, Jira.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing logs.
• Ability to quickly respond to incidents and make decisions.
• High responsibility and attention to detail. It will be an advantage:
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP API principles.
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard payment systems. 
  
  Main duties:
• Monitoring of processing systems: Continuous monitoring of systems to ensure their stability and high performance.
• Response to incidents: Prompt resolution of technical problems , failures and incidents that may affect the operation of services related to POS-acquiring.
• User support: Consulting clients and internal users on technical issues regarding the operation of the acquiring system. Support of clients during integration, registration in processing systems.
• Analysis and optimization: Studying the causes of errors, working on their elimination and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability of the system.
• Interaction with other teams: Cooperation with developers, system administrators and analysts to ensure quality system operation.
• Documentation: Maintain technical support and troubleshooting documentation.
