What needs to be done:

• Study processes - all connected GNI, communicate with relevant departments.
• Conduct process analytics - data collection and analysis, conclusions.
• Building a process map (as is now).
• Identify problem areas and develop suggestions for optimization.
• Build a process map (as will be).
• Optimize the processes of the case management department.
• Coordinate with IT regarding implementation/changes/optimization/automation.
• Formulate tasks, monitor deadlines and results.
• Document changes in processes (models, VND, SOK, TC, instructions, etc.).

This will require:

• Analytical mindset, systematic and critical thinking.
• Persistence, attention to details, results-oriented, quick learner.
• Has in-depth knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
• Knowledge of Lean, 6sigma, Kaizen methodologies is desirable.
