Pro.People is looking for a Process Manager for the Talent department of a large international holding. This is a role that is responsible for the description, systematization and support of all HR processes.
Tasks:
- Describe the end-to-end HR processes, in particular: recruitment, onboarding / offboarding, people operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development.
- Create and maintain process documentation: SOP, regulations, instructions, process schemes.
- Structure all materials in a single knowledge system (Confluence / Notion).
- Collect information from HR teams and team leaders: specify the logic of processes, record agreements in writing.
- Update the description of processes in case of changes and monitor their relevance.
It is important for us:
- Experience 1-2 years in roles: Process Manager, Operations Manager, Knowledge Manager, Documentation Specialist, HR Operations
- Ability to work with large volumes of information: structuring, describing, visualizing in the form of diagrams, tables and presentations.
- Developed communication skills, attention to details, systems thinking.
- Deep understanding and solid experience of working with: Confluence / Notion,Google Docs / Sheets, Excel.
- English at the B1
