What we will instruct you:

• Reengineering of business finance team processes, operational efficiency, system improvement
• Analysis of current work processes, evaluation of their effectiveness, identification of problem areas, identification of opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Description and modeling of business processes, design of the target vision of business process execution ("TO BE")
• Analysis of work process data, development of customer service satisfaction assessment questionnaires, consolidation and presentation of feedback /evaluations
• Development of action plans to improve operational efficiency

• You have 3 years of experience in the field of operational management or process management
• A confident user of Excel, Power Point
• You have the skills to define business of the "AS IS" process, reengineering of business processes with the construction of the hypothesis of the "TO BE" process
• You understand how to form functional and role matrices (RACI, SLA, OLA)
• You are able to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve processes
• Systematic, proactive, have a high speed of thinking, independence, responsibility, able to work in a team and autonomously
