Process management manager in AVDtrade

AVDtrade is a Ukrainian company that has been supplying quality European auto parts for cars and commercial vehicles for over 14 years. We are actively developing both in business scaling and process automation issues. We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Process Management Manager to join the team, who will help systematize business activities, improve operational efficiency and ensure scalability of key processes.

Aboutboundaries:

1. Audit and optimization of business processes

• Conducting an audit of existing processes, gathering information, identifying inefficiencies;
• Creating a map of business processes;
• Prioritization of key processes affecting financial results and customer experience; - Facilitation of working groups with leaders to describe processes.

2. Development and implementation of methodology

• Creation of a corporate standard for describing business processes.
• Development of a process management policy (process life cycle).
• Implementation of a system of process performance indicators (Process KPIs).
• Participation in the formation of technical tasks for process automation and optimization (ERP, WMS, CRM).

3. Knowledge management and implementation: Creation and administration of knowledge base (Confluence / SharePoint); to the candidate:

• From 3 years in the role of a Business Analyst, Business Process Manager or Optimization Project Manager;
• Experience in independent process description and modeling;
• Desirable:experience in distribution, logistics, retail or e-commerce;
• Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0;
• Ability to work with EPC (ARIS) and Cross-functional flowcharts;
• Work experience in MS Visio, Bizagi Modeler, Lucidchart or other analogs;
• Working with knowledge bases (Confluence, SharePoint);
• High self-organization, productivity, ability to work with many tasks;
• System thinking, understanding the impact of processes on business indicators.
