Process management manager in Mykhailov's Team

Duties:

1. Analysis of business processes

• Research of existing work processes in different divisions of the company.
• Identification of bottlenecks, waste of time and resources.
• Conducting a process audit.

2. Process improvement

• Development of recommendations to improve productivity.
• Optimization of processes to reduce costs and increase speed of tasks.
• Implementation of automation tools and digitization of processes.

3. Change coordination

• Management of process optimization projects.
• Development of change implementation plans and communication with teams.
• Ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).

4. Performance monitoring

• Tracking results after implementation of changes.
• Use of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate the success of improvements.
• Preparation of reports for guidance on work results.

5. Collaboration with the team

• Interaction with different departments to collect data and test solutions.
• Training employees in new work methods.
• Creating an internal culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements for the candidate:

Experience and knowledge

• Experience in the field of process management, business analysis or operational management - from 1 to 2 years.
• Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen).
• Experience in implementing changes in large organizations will be an advantage.

• Analytical thinking: ability to work with large amounts of data, identify problems and find solutions.
• Management projects: planning, coordination and implementation of optimization initiatives.
• Communication: the ability to persuade, convey ideas to the team and management.
• Working with tools: knowledge of BPM systems, automation programs, analytical tools (MS Power BI, Visio, Excel).
