- Tracking results after implementation of changes.
- Use of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate the success of improvements.
- Preparation of reports for guidance on work results.
5. Collaboration with the team
- Interaction with different departments to collect data and test solutions.
- Training employees in new work methods.
- Creating an internal culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience and knowledge
- Experience in the field of process management, business analysis or operational management - from 1 to 2 years.
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen).
- Experience in implementing changes in large organizations will be an advantage.
