General description of the role:

Process Lead should be responsible for the organization, optimization and control of production processes. The main tasks are data analysis, implementation of solutions to improve productivity, resource management and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The candidate for this position must have experience in production, analytical thinking and the ability to implement innovative approaches.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Organization, coordination and control of production processes to ensure the implementation of production plans.
• Implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of process optimization methods (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Collection, analysis and systematization of data regarding production processes to evaluate efficiency, productivity and costs.
• Implementation of tools to automate the collection and analysis of information, in particular dashboards for tracking dynamics.
• Analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) and development of measures to improve them .
• Management of resources (material, technical, human) to achieve set goals.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and security requirements of work.
• Support and development of teamwork in production.
• Development and implementation of plans to improve processes and reduce costs.
• Analysis of production data, identification of bottlenecks in processes and form proposals for their optimization.

Candidate requirements and skills required for this role:

• Experience in collection and processing information for production analysis efficiency
• Understanding of production processes, methods of optimization and efficiency improvement
• Presentation and communication skills
• Skills for working with large volumes of data, in particular creating reports and visualizations (Excel, Power BI)
• Knowledge of production automation tools and modern ERP systems (QAD)
• Analytical thinking, ability to quickly make decisions in complex situations
• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level and above
• In-depth knowledge of LEAN, having a certificate is an advantage
