Process Engineer in Philip Morris International

The Philip Morris Ukraine company invites the cooperation of a Process Engineer, who will analyze and identify missing links in the process, cooperate with the production technical staff in order to fill the identified deficiencies. Ensure standards processes are maintained and properly documented and act as a point of contact for global teams.RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure process compliance with Philip Morris requirements by developing guidelines/procedures Analyze and propose actions to resolve issues related to key performance indicators to maintain process at an optimal level Act as an expert and provide support to production and support teams on all inquiries related to products/process/systems used in production according to Philip Morris procedures and the OPEN+ system (IOS) Manage/coordinate complex processes/ system projects from the definition of options/solutions to the implementation and monitoring after the implementation of projects Analyze trends regarding the relationship between production control parameters and equipment performance to assess opportunities for improvement Participate in setting production indicators and defining goals. Maintain and control costs according to budget and propose measures to reduce process waste/waste Comply with quality, environmental, health, safety, legal regulations and standards. Perform weekly performance checks of daily management systems to identify non-conformances to IBS standards and implement appropriate preventive measures REQUIREMENTS: Higher technical education Experience in production or related industries. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of tools and implementation of IWS (Integrated Work System) will be an advantage. Analytical skills.
