What to do:

• Analysis, optimization and reengineering of transactional business processes for corporate clients
• Formation of business requirements and their coordination with interested parties.
• Development, modeling and description of processes, creation of a role model for the process
• Interaction with customers, IT divisions and other teams
• Testing of implemented changes, conducting UAT together with by users.
• Methodological support, development and improvement of regulatory documentation.

This will require:

• Experience in the banking sector, preferably as an analyst of business processes (from 3 years).
• Preferably theoretical and practical experience of working with transactional products (development, support, improvement of processes).
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, initiative
• Understanding of banking operations of corporate business
• Knowledge of the functional capabilities of ABS B2/JetB2, iFOBS, BI, Is-card, B2ng.
• Ability to model processes in BPMN, IGOE, SIPOC, etc. notations, perform value creation flow analysis, SWOT, etc.,
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio and/or other graphic editors at a level no lower than "experienced user".
• Understanding the full cycle of implementation of banking processes and products for corporate business.
• Knowledge and understanding of remote work technologies is desirable customer service channels
