Position Summary:
We are seeking a Process Analyst to support and lead business process optimization initiatives for our U.S.-based clients. This role combines deep analytical process expertise with structured project coordination. You will analyze current-state processes, design improved future-state models, quantify business impact, and support implementation to ensure measurable operational improvements. This is a remote consulting role requiring strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and confident English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fluent English is essential, as you'll work in direct contact with U.S.-based clients and communicate across all project stages.
• Analyze and document AS-IS business processes using BPMN and structured mapping techniques.
• Design optimized TO-BE process models aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct process diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and cost drivers.
• Perform root cause analysis and quantify improvement opportunities. • Support and coordinate end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM) where applicable.
• Develop SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of improvement actions.
• Present structured findings and recommendations to U.S.-based clients.
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, operational improvement, or business process optimization.
• Strong experience with process mapping (BPMN, AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to quantify business impact.
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
• Background in consulting, manufacturing, banking, logistics, shared services, or automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Customer Journey Mapping.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning to execution.
