The main purpose of the position – Provision of SE "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" with high-quality and relevant business processes to achieve effective and stable work of the organization

What will need to be done (scope of work, tasks, responsibilities):

• Communicate with stakeholders, identify and document sequence of procedures, model flowcharts or describe processes "as is".

• Analyze business needs, develop and document requirements.

• Create and maintain documentation that describes business processes, procedures and policies.

• Implement changes to business processes in accordance with requirements, ensuring their smooth transition and minimizing risks.

• Monitor and optimize business processes (monitor the effectiveness of current business processes and suggest ways to improve and optimize them)

• Ability to effectively collect, analyze, etcinterpret data to identify business needs and solve problems.

• Knowledge of business analytics methods and tools

• The ability to formulate business requirements.

Musthave for a future colleague (qualification requirements):

• Education. Completed higher education (education with honors or social activity, as well as additional specialized education will be an advantage).

• Language. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate, B2).

• Technologies. Experience with business process modeling tools - Visio/Draw.io/Bizagi/ARIS/Signavio. Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation or similar. Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.
