The Blyzenko chain of stores is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Problem Management Analyst who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities:
Incident analysis and problem identification, classification and prioritization.
Carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to find root causes.
Maintaining a register of problems and Known Errors in the ITSM system.
Developing temporary solutions (Workarounds) and participating in the implementation of permanent fixes.
Coordination with Service Desk, technical and development teams.
Preparation of reports and participation in KPI monitoring of the Problem Management process.
Proposals to improve processes and reduce repeat incidents.
Requirements:
Higher education (IT, computer science, engineering or related fields).
Experience in technical support or IT Support from 1 year.
Knowledge of ITIL, especially Incident and Problem Management.
Experience of working with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy).
Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach.
Communication, ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
Orientation on results and readiness to education.
