A principal full-stack engineer who prioritizes interesting technical front-end challenges in engineering real-time collaborative software for different US TV show producers. Remote work from Ukraine.

What is the project about?

A project by the American company Scripto, founded in 2014 for collaboration script writing platforms used by TV shows. It combines Google Docs’ real-time flow with the professional writing and production formats used in TV, video games, and other media. Whether you’re taping a show in a studio, collaborating on screenplays, or making a video game, Scripto helps you do your best work and save time while you do it.

What is the project’s technical stack?

What will you do?

• Develop new features end-to-end with a focus on front-end
• Design scalable and reliable FE applications
• Review requirement documents and estimate features
• Propose improvements to the existing features, architecture and processes
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
• Fix bugs

What should you be experienced with?

• 10+ years of experience in web application development, including Front-end (especially) and Back-end
• 3+ years of experience in tech leadership roles
• Designing of web API
• WebSockets, Security best practices
• Good to have experience with Casl.js
• Upper-intermediate level of English
