• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with strong skills in both Java and web development
• Proficiency in object-oriented design principles
• Strong experience with web development frameworks like React or Angular (experience with one or more is preferred)
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes containerization
• Familiarity with distributed storage systems like pgsql, Oracle, Scylla, or MongoDB, experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• A passion for building high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions
