PreSale manager of technological solutions for agricultural producers (B2B, Western region) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Main duties:

• Providing technological assistance to partners and clients, assisting in arranging deals on favorable terms for the company and the client;
• Search for an individual technological solution for the client that will satisfy his requests;
• Analysis of the client's technical potential, subject to the client's declaration of technological requirements;
• Participation in the formation of a decision and proposal towards the Client together with a specialist and partners;
• Participation in the search for and building long-term relationships with agricultural producers;
• Conducting meetings with clients together with a team of sales;
• Promotion of the full range of the company's technological solutions together with the partner's sales team;
• Reporting in the СRM system;
• Building an effective dialogue and interaction with other departments of Kyivstar companies for the effective implementation of projects;
• Implementation of the agreed sales plan of industry solutions and goals together with a team of partners;
• Preparation of presentations of services, contracts, negotiations and conclusion of agreements;
• Participation in the planning of field and marketing activities aimed at developing relations with the company's customers;
• Technical support of industry projects in accordance with established areas of responsibility;
• Involvement and coordination of customer support teams for solving service issues raised by customers;
• Participation in the preparation of materials and planning of company employee training in the direction of global products;
• Participation in the implementation of new projects "related to precision agriculture;
• Market analysis;
• On the active search for opportunities that the company can use to strengthen its competitive position in the agro industry, providing ideas, proposals and own vision;< /li>

Requirements for candidates:

• Has a higher education (education in the agricultural or technical direction will be an advantage);
< li>Knowledge of the technological and production aspects of begging plant crops in the agricultural sector;
• Knowledge of the elements and components of precision agriculture, including precision positioning services, Farm Management Systems;
• Understanding the impact of using elements of precision agriculture and services for: a) increasing the efficiency of the Agro producer when growing certain crops: grain, oil, pasture, vegetable, technical and others, b) reducing production costs, c) minimizing and managing risks in production.< /li>
• Has more than 2 years of work experience in the agricultural sector, crop production;
• Has a category B driver's license with more than 1 year of driving experience and is ready for business trips (field nature of work);
• Experience in sales, preferably in the B2B segment
• Negotiation skills, the ability to find non-standard approaches and solutions, handling objections
• Presentation skills
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language, Desirableknowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level
• Confident user of office programs, MS Office (advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Project management skills
• Current rights of category B
