Which will ensure high-quality and quick collection of client requirements, formation of a structured scope, preparation of accurate estimates and support of the sales team for successful closing of deals.

Responsibilities:
- Participating in meetings with potential customers, collecting initial data and understanding pain points.
- Conducting demonstrations of standard Creatio functionality, demonstrations of the company's own products.
- Preparation of the solution concept, high-level design, list of modules and automation scenarios.
- Formation of the project structure, limits and zones responsibilities (scope).
- Preparation of labor cost estimates together with the technical team.
- Preparation of presentations, proposals and participation in the defense of a commercial proposal.
- Introduction of expertise regarding which functionality can be implemented by the Creatio standard, and where development or connection of internal company products is required.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of BA / Presale Analyst
Experience in CRM/ERP/automation
BRD, SRS, Scope documentation
- Quick analysis of client needs and formation of relevant solutions based on Creatio and company products.
- Ability to clearly and structuredly present complex technical solutions to a business audience.
Commercial and technical preparation materials in interaction with sales and delivery teams.
Analytical thinking, systematic, attention to details.
Strong communication skills: oral and written presentation, facilitation of meetings.
Understanding the possibilities and limitations of low-code and the ability to propose alternative approaches.
Knowledge of key business processes in FMCG, agriculture and banking (sales, marketing, service, logistics, procurement).
Understanding typical analytics, KPIs and roles in these industries.
