This position has in direct report – Brand Executive.Trade marketing Manager responsible for providing support to National Off & ON Trade, KA & Trade Marketing functions in all aspects concerning preparation, implementation and evaluation of relevant initiatives with simultaneous control of execution and communication with all involved partners. Responsible to work closely with key business stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance, and supply chain and play a leading role in the Spirits Marketing leadership team. A strategic goal is to drive business performance thru sustainable Brown Forman spirits portfolio growth. Clear focus would be revenue and profit delivery for the respective portfolio with fueling value share growth and continuously growing quality leadership ratio.Our new team member needs to:Have at least 5 years of experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations;Be proficient in MS Office;Demonstrate excellent communication skills;Be quick in understanding customer needs;Have a fluent level of English;Be responsible, result-oriented, and agile.You can be successful in this role if:You develop and deploy trade programs, ensure TM budget split and control;You manage budget planning, controlling, and reconciliation, conducting quarterly reviews;You map portfolio opportunities, calculate Size of the prize, and contribute to long-term country big bets;You collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize activities with other departments: sales, finance, marketing;You participate in design and co-producing POSMs;You track and analyze competitor activities and performance;You co-lead engagement programs and joint marketing initiatives;You coordinate in-store POS materials, maintain documents for POS materials, production, and placement;You ensure disciplined execution of TM calendars aligned with sales calendars;You partner with key stakeholders to address channel/region-specific needs through sales and marketing programs;You manage and execute new Brown Forman portfolio launches, SKU rationalization, and harmonization, including ongoing monitoring and corrective actions for marketing programs.How we will support you: We will create an effective onboarding plan tailored to your role, outlining key protocols, responsibilities, and introductions to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into your new position.We offer:Official employment;5-day working week, a hybrid work format;Competitive salary;Compensations & benefits package, which includes medical and life insurance, 31 calendar days of vacation per year, meal allowance, company product sampling;Development opportunities;Work in a smart and motivated team within a supportive and inclusive culture with strong values;The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka.
