Main responsibilities:

• Accepting and making calls with small customer questions and medium-sized businesses, online consultations of business clients on the work of enterprises.

Requirements for candidates:

• Perfect command of the business Ukrainian language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to quickly analyze and complete tasks.
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.< /li>
• PC skills at the level of an experienced user, confident user of smartphone applications.
• Fast typing skills, stress resistance.
• Own PC, headset.

Requirements for own equipment:

• RAM from 6 GB, 4-core processor with a frequency of at least 2 GHz.
• Internet from 60 Mbps, headset.
