🚩 If you :

• have experience of 6 months or more in a similar positions in the sales team, or experience providing assistance, customer support or similar functions;
• you have a B1 level of English and above;
• have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail;
• you know how to convince;
• are able to quickly determine the needs of customers and provide appropriate proposals;
• have excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills;
• self-motivated, able to work independently and multitask;
• able to quickly learn new tools, systems and processes at work;
• proactive and positive;
• responsible, stress-resistant;
• strong in prioritization, flexible, able to manage various activities.

Will be a plus: experience in crypto/blockchain

What will you do :

• communicate with leads from all over the world (in writing, there is no need to search, there is a ready database) and transfer to the sales manager;
• be responsible for researching, collecting and verifying the accuracy of information;
• collaborate with different internal teams to achieve higher results;
• conduct CRM, monitor statistics;
• create reports on their activities.
