BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A PR specialist

FUNCTION: Marketing (department for implementation of marketing activities)

LOCATION: Kyiv

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES: 

You will be responsible for attracting consumers, strengthening equity and media-share of voice, a set of online and offline activations relevant to the brand's target audience, which includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of work:

• Co-creation of communication projects through several points of interaction with agencies. Integration of product, main messages and brand in the activation.
• Cooperation with mass media/celebrities/content creators determining the best brand development options, consistent with local recommendations and BAT marketing principles.
• Coordination with internal teams to coordinate project planning and activations.
• Active involvement in online community building, content creation for interaction and communications through social channels.
• Tracking results and measuring the effectiveness of created projects.
• Tracking/reporting and analysis of the effectiveness of brand communication channels within the established budget.
• Close cooperation with the Brand team, to ensure a communication strategy aligned with the global brand strategy, aligned with the brand's core objectives.
• Manage relationships and cooperation with suppliers to achieve business results.
• Support documentation of results works.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Relevant experience in PR, content creation, community building and event organization from 2+ years.
• Creative approach to solving non-standard situations.
• Understanding market of local media, celebrities and content creators.
• Upper-Intermediate English, fluent in Ukrainian.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach - for effective management of several projects in a fast-paced environment and working with global and centralized teams.
• Excellent communication skills – building, managing and engaging an online community and prospects, solving problems and managing potential crises.
• Media analytics skills and understanding market changes.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Higher education.
