PR manager / Communication specialist of the project, FOP in Rokada, BF BO

For BF "ROKADA" we are looking for a specialist who can strengthen the communication part of one of our projects.

This role is suitable for someone who knows how to talk about important things in simple language, sees the value in working with communities and can work with different formats - from texts to visual materials.

Main duties:

• Covering project activities on information resources of the foundation, partners and communities.
• Organization of online conferences, communication support of events, interaction with partners.
• Writing press releases, establishing contacts with local media and involving them in covering events.
• Preparation of informational materials for websites, social networks and printed products.
• Creation of content for thematic podcasts and participation in coverage of the final results of the project.
• Editing and adapting texts for different audiences.

Needed skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of communications, PR, working with mass media or content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic editors.
• Skills in basic photo and video processing.
• Ability to create presentations (PowerPoint).
• Experience with targeted advertising (Facebook/Instagram) is preferred.
• Literacy, structural thinking, attention to detail.
