Main duties:
 - Development of a PR strategy (creation of a long-term strategy; formation of a PR campaign plan);
 - Interaction with mass media ( preparation and distribution of press releases, articles, news about the company and its objects; organization of press conferences, briefings, presentations of new projects; maintaining contacts with journalists, bloggers, etc.); about the company in the media and social networks; responding to crisis situations, working with negative feedback or criticism; implementing measures for improvement image of the company);
 - Working with the target audience (organization of image events for potential partners and investors);
 - Content and social networks (development of content for social networks, company website and blogs; maintaining company pages in social networks in accordance with tasks and focal points); 
 - Organization of events (organization of presentations, open days, forums and exhibitions); 
 - Internal communication (informing employees about achievements companies, plans, values; organization of internal corporate events to improve team spirit; ensuring a uniform standard of communication within the department);
 - Budgeting (planning spending on PR campaigns, events, content).
 
Basic requirements:
- 2 years of work experience in PR or journalism (preferably development, real estate market, sales);
 - Professional education and courses;
 - PC knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva; Zoom/Microsoft Teams, Eventbrite; Prezi, PowerPoint/Keynote.
