Organization description: NATIONAL MEDIA ASSOCIATION (NAM) is one of the largest industrial media associations of Ukraine with 2000 Our network includes more than 100 radio stations, TV channels and online resources. Every year we implement 10+ national projects to support the media and have a team of the best specialists. NAM is the initiator of significant events and projects in the media environment.

The main function of the position: formation, support and strengthening of the organization's reputation through strategic communications, attraction of new members, donors and partners, as well as popularization its activities among target audiences.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Development of PR strategy, definition of KPI and planning of long-term PR-campaign.
• Reputation management, monitoring mentions in the media, crisis communications.
• Supporting the association's brand and organizing events to demonstrate success.
• Working with the media ( press releases, articles, press conferences).
• Promoting the benefits of membership, promoting the attraction of new participants and partners.
• Preparation PR materials for donors, promotion of grant projects.
• Communication and creative support of events (conferences, seminars, forums).
• Management of a team of PR specialists, copywriters, designers.

• Website and social media management, content creation, email newsletters.
• KPI monitoring, preparation of regular reports on the work of a team of promotion and communication specialists.
• Preparation of public reports on the organization's activities.
• Planning and organization of PR budgets.
• Development of partnership relations , coordination of joint projects.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in developing a PR strategy and implementing communication campaigns.< /li>
• Knowledge principles of reputation building, crisis communications.
• Understanding the Ukrainian media landscape, modern digital tools (SMM, SEO).
• Skills in organizing events and working with various content formats.
• Basic knowledge of financial management for PR budget planning.
• Strategic thinking, leadership skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence, proactivity.
• Ability to work in a team, result-oriented.

An additional advantage will be:

• Understanding the specifics of working with grantees, member organizations and commercial partners.
• Knowledge of the principles of creating annual reports and preparing materials for audiences (grantors, partners, members of the organization).
• Experience in development and implementation brand communications.
• Knowledge of the English language at the Upper Intermediate level.
