PPC/Traffic Manager (Junior/Middle/Senior) in newage.

Digital advertising agency newage is a leading company in Ukraine in the field of media advertising, partner of Google Marketing Platform and Google Premiere Partner. We help clients make media advertising effective and actively develop in international markets.

We are looking for a Traffic/PPC Manager who loves numbers, analytics and effective traffic.

What to do:

• Place and optimize media and performance campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, GTM and other platforms).
• Conduct AB tests, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, make regular reports.
• Look for new traffic sources and offer non-standard solutions.
• For Middle/Senior: train and monitor the work of Junior specialists, build analytical systems, strategically plan campaigns.

What we expect:

• Junior: 1+ years of experience, basic Google Ads, FB Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Middle: 3+ years of experience, independent campaign management, AB tests, analytics, control Junior. English B1+.
• Senior: strategic campaign management, international clients, GMP (DV360, SA360, GA360), SQL, VBA, BI tools, team management experience.

For all levels important: analytical mindset, responsibility, systematicity, proactivity, efficiency.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with US/EU markets
• Key promotion to the top organic
• Time management skills, building GA4 analytics, AB testing experience
