Requirements:

• Work experience in the position of Team Lead from 1 year (or in the position of Senior PPC specialist with experience in managing a PPC/marketing department team)

• Experience of managing a team of 3 people.

• Experience of working with advertising budgets over $10,000/month within the 1st project

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics at a high level (certifications will be an advantage).

• High communication skills with the team and clients.

• The ability to find solutions in any situation. 

• The ability to reach anyone and speed up the resolution of issues.

• The ability to negotiate, to convince, to argue one's position.

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.

Responsibilities:

• Training and monitoring the work of PPC specialists.

• Command loading level control.

• Regular improvement of team performance.

• Regular updating of knowledge cards and certifications for PPC specialists.

• Regular communication with the team through meetings, meetings.

• Regular communication with current and potential clients.

• Development of advertising campaign strategies and implementation control in the advertising office.

• Control and responsibility for compliance with the client's KPIs.

• Improving processes and updating regulations at the department level.
