The LOKO e-commerce marketing team is looking for a PPC Team Lead .

What will the PPC Team Lead do:

• Managing advertising campaigns: Controlling the processes of creating and optimizing advertising campaigns from paid traffic.
• Development of PPC strategy: Full responsibility for the development and implementation of the strategy for the entire PPC direction, including the planning of long-term goals and budgets.
• Analysis and reporting: Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and their regular analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Cross-functional cooperation: Interaction with other teams (marketing, analytics, HR, B2B, CRM and others) to implement advertising campaigns in support of different business lines, for example: attracting couriers, corporate and subscription clients from Silpo.
• Mentoring and team development: Training and development of PPC team members, including the constant exchange of knowledge and experience to improve the skills of subordinates.
• Budget management: Full control and optimization of advertising budgets in various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Hotline, Letyshops, CPA network, in order to achieve the maximum result.

Very likely, that we will be a match if you have the following key skills in the following areas:

• Advertising platforms: High level of mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads tools for launch and optimization advertising campaigns.
• Analytics: Ability to use Google Analytics 4, Adjust or AppsFlyer to create reports and analyze campaign performance.
• Budget management: Experience managing large budgets with a focus on cost optimization and improvement key indicators (CPC, CTR, CPO, CPI, ROAS, ROMI).
• Campaign optimization: Practical experience in reducing the cost of click, increasing CTR, reducing CPO and increasing ROAS.
• Innovation : Proactive in implementing new tools and approaches, constantly tracking updates in advertising systems, testing new tools, hypotheses and approaches to advertising.
• Interaction with data: Ability to work with large amounts of data to make decisions. It is possible to delegate analytical tasks, but the responsibility for conclusions and follow-up lies with the PPC Team Lead.
• Work planning: Ability to plan work in sprints for myself and the team.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, critical and logical thinking, the ability to avoid or resolve conflicts. Skills of delegation, management, mentoring, positive thinking and emotional intelligence. The ability to work in a team, self-organization, time management.
