PPC Team Lead in Dmavens

Hi!  We are looking for a Media Buying Team Lead in the dMavens performance agency.

Our expectations:

• Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Unity Ads / Moloco Ads from 4 years;
• Experience in purchasing mobile, web and web2app traffic;
• Deep understanding of web and mobile attribution with experience with GA4, GTM (Pixel Customization), Appsflyer;
• Budget management experience from $100,000 per month;
• Experience in developing a general marketing strategy for the project and selecting relevant traffic channels;
• Experience in managing a team of media buyers and coordinating work with contractors/partners;
• Experience in the niches of Fintech (CFD), E-commerce, Gambling/Betting;
• Experience working with Keitaro, Voluum trackers and Dolphin/AdsPower browsers;
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a common digital strategy for agency projects;
• Managing the media buying team, helping with the launch of Paid Social and PPC campaigns;
• Coordination of work between the team of buyers and designers, development of briefings of promotional materials;
• Coordination of the team's work with clients and contractors on projects;
• Reporting on the results of the team's work.
