Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Perform ongoing optimization and A/B testing to maximize campaign ROI and performance.Conduct keyword research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and create detailed reports for clients.Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to align strategies.Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.Manage budgets and ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.Propose new ideas for driving growth through paid channels.Qualifications:Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and paid social media campaigns.Solid knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients at once.Preferred Qualifications:Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications.Experience with display and video campaigns.Familiarity with eCommerce or lead generation strategies.
