    Your basic responsibilities:

    • To support and develop a general strategy of lidogeneration on business projects in foreign markets-Poland, Germany, Africa, Uzbekistan, etc.;
    • create media plans;
    • Plan, create, run and optimize all paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Bing - Lidogeneration, coverage, traffic, video, etc.;
    • monitor, analyze and optimize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, implement new ideas, carry out a/b tests;
    • participate in the development of performance strategies;
    • analyze markets and competitors, form hypotheses and look for growth points;
    • monitor and improve the main indicators of advertising campaigns depending on business goals: CPL, Romi, CAC, etc.;
    • To monitor conversions and constantly monitor them; ;
    • Writing texts for advertisements;
    • work simultaneously with different types of projects and in different advertising offices;
    • to prepare regular reporting - weekly, monthly, quarter annual (on request);
    • generate hypotheses and scalable projects;
    • Analyze creative campaigns, provide a relevant report; ;
    • To generate new ideas and test them;
    • to analyze the creatives and campaigns of competitors, to provide the appropriate report

    You will need:

    • Experience on PAID MEDIA Manager/Targetologist/PPC specialist from 1 year;
    • Experience in starting and optimizing perfomans campaigns in Google AD; >
    • Experience with the promotion of apps, the ability to work with mobile analytics and trackers (Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.); with European, CIS and/or Asian markets;
    • English is above Intermediate level;
    • creative thinking, attentiveness to details and strong analytical skills.
