FlameFame is a digital agency with a team of 20 people, managing 30+ clients from the US, Europe and the UK. We work with "white" niches (local business, e-commerce and other areas), launch advertising in 50+ accounts and are constantly growing. On average, ~10 new contracts are added every month.
We are currently looking for a Media Buyer (Middle) who is confident in Meta Ads and Google Ads and is ready to build long-term relationships with clients.
What you will need to do:
- launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads;
- analyse data, generate reports (GA4, TripleWhale and others client analytics);
- find and solve problems with tracking (minimum - be able to diagnose, good - basic setup, ideal - work with advanced conversions);
- conduct written communication with clients (from 1 to 5 at a time, depending on the scale of accounts);
- participate in internal meetings (2 times per week).
Our requirements:
- 1.5+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
- experience with budgets from $2000/month+ (will be a plus — $5000+);
- confident understanding of GA4, events, conversions, attribution;
- English B2 written (reading, correspondence);
- independence, initiative, analytical thinking;
- experience with other platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) will be an advantage.
Terms:
- salary: $700-900 (depending on the results of the interview, separate income bonuses from client retention);
- schedule: full-time, 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible approach possible);
- format: remotely;
- registration: FOP (group 3) we help to open and compensate accounting/EEA;
- payments 2 times a month;
- transparent onboarding (curator - operations manager);
- possibility of growth to Project Manager (if you speak English orally).
Main KPI:
- long-term customer retention (bonuses are accrued for this).
