Hello! R-Digital Internet Marketing Agency is looking for an energetic and talented PPC specialist to join our team of professionals. You will work to deliver on client KPIs. In other words: these are received orders or sales at a price favorable to the client.

You don't need to meet clients.

R Digital is an advertising agency that was founded in 2015 and has the status of Google Partners and Meta Business Partners. The main directions we work with are Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We work with clients from Ukraine - 20%, and from all over the world (mainly English-speaking countries) - 80%.

These are mostly services and online stores, B2C and B2B companies.

Clients are satisfied with our work, so they work with us for years. The longest contracts are 9 and 5 years.

We do not work with gray or forbidden topics for moral reasons. For example, network marketing, quick loans or fraud.

Responsibilities:

• You will need to work with Google Ads in Search and Network campaigns, Shopping and PMAX. Proof of your qualifications will be certificates in Google Ads.
• It is important to constantly analyze data in Google Analytics, and also have experience in setting up conversions and audiences. GTM will help with this. Therefore, it is important to have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS in order to quickly and correctly configure triggers and tags.
• You will need to work with special programs on a daily basis. You must be confident using Google Ads Editor, Excel, Google Docs.

It will be a plus if:

• You know English at A2 level and above;
• you have experience setting up FB and FB Pixel advertising campaigns;
• Google Analytics certificate.

Working as a contextual advertising specialist will suit you if:

• have experience in contextual advertising from 1 year;
• take on a task and finish it completely and on time;
• pay attention to details and check your work thoroughly to avoid mistakes. This is very important because you will be working with real client money; you will prove it by starting your job posting with the phrase I am PPC hero; you are constantly learning and developing;
• you can express your thoughts competently, logically and clearly;
• you understand the difference between "doing" and "doing";
• if necessary, you can make the right logical decision and take nand take responsibility for its implementation; able to make decisions independently and be responsible enough so that the manager does not control your every step.

Operating conditions:

• Full-time remote work. Work schedule: 5 days a week for 6-8 hours;
• We rest on weekends and holidays;
• Paid trial period of 2 months.
• Salary is from salary + allowances and bonuses. It is paid stably and without delays (twice a month). On average, our PPC specialists earn UAH 22,000-42,000.
