About us

We are a small team engaged in two areas:

• Management of Google Ads advertising for clients in Ukraine (budgets 5–10k USD/month)
• Our own projects — lock opening service in Ukraine and abroad (London, Prague, Argentina, Uruguay, etc.) with budgets up to 25k USD/month in total

The owner is a practicing Google Ads specialist with extensive experience. Currently expanding the team to focus on strategy and scaling.

Who we are looking for

Independent PPC specialist who understands advertising in service niches, knows how to work in Google Ads Editor and is not afraid of big budgets. The first time — work under control, then — complete independence.

Important:we are not looking for a doer, but a person with a head. Someone who knows how to think, propose, take responsibility for the result.

Tasks

• Starting advertising campaigns from scratch (Google Search, Performance Max, Smart, Google Maps)
• Collection of semantics, minus words, cross minus
• Writing ads (English required - B1+)
• Optimization of campaigns, analytics, daily reporting
• Working with landing pages - hypothesis testing, proposals for submission of material
• Connecting GA4, GTM (if you don’t know how, we’ll teach you)

Required

• Google Ads Editor — we don’t hire without it. This is the main work tool
• Experience from 6 months to 1 year in the service niche (ideally: repairs, auto repair shops, legal services)
• Ability to run Google Search, PMax, Smart campaigns
• English B1+ - for working with foreign markets
• Able to take criticism and correct, not defend yourself
• No fuss in front of budgets from $5k/month

Will be a plus

• Experience with Google Maps advertising
• Understanding of unit economics and advertising payback
• Experience of working with foreign markets

Terms

• Completely remote, flexible schedule
• Payment is project based, tied to results. We discuss the details individually
• Start - a few projects, gradually load up to a full day
• There are clear strategies and processes - no need to invent from scratch
• Daily reporting is mandatory
