The Gravity Agency is looking for a Senior PPC specialist, a marketer capable of taking challenges, to achieve the desired results (KPI) and together with the product team, to make the brand and bring it's in MOT for tier1!

Our client is a startup within a large full-cycle company, which is engaged in the development of IT products.

You need a full understanding of how to create a procurement system "from scratch", what needs to be done to improve performance, have a clear strategic plan supported by tactical ideas, the ability to work in a team.

< strong style="font-weight: bolder">Main Responsibilities: 

• create new advertising campaigns (Google) to attract users to our product;
• scaling of the most effective campaigns based on careful monitoring and feedback from the product to develop and implement strategies for attracting users;< /li>
• development of the marketing funnel and its improvement: offer ideas for creatives and give feedback on the effectiveness of advertising creatives;
• analyze the market, and based on these analyzes propose and implement new ideas.< /li>

What the company expects from you:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of marketing;
• vertical dating, experience with traffic for mob/websites for Tier1;
• understanding of the basics of digital marketing ;
• strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data;
• high organization and self-motivation, result-oriented.

It will be a plus:

• work with large budgets in international locations;
• availability of certificates from Google;
• ability to do deep and detailed research;
