About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven PPC Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The main focus will be on the management and optimization of Google Ads, Bing Ads and Social Media Ads, with additional tasks in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.
Your experience and skills:
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media advertising.
In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends).
A/B experience testing, multivariate experimentation and campaign optimization.
Proven ability to manage paid engagement campaigns and budgets.
Analytical mindset with a focus on growth, ROAS and ROI.
Understanding of competitor analysis principles, localization and content creation best practices.
Ability to not only design solutions, but also successfully implement them into life.
Ability to turn complex ideas into clear and convincing narratives.
Strategic thinking with a logical approach to work and business.
Fluent command of the English language.
Your responsibilities:
Development and implementation of strategies to attract and retain customers and revenue growth.
Management and optimization of Google Ads, Bing Ads and paid campaigns in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Control of media (display), programmatic advertising and retargeting strategies.
Management of affiliate marketing channels and partnerships.
Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns using Google Analytics.
Using data to optimize campaigns, redistribute budgets and improve creatives.
Conducting tests to improveadvertising and conversion indicators.
Collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams.
Implementation of marketing automation tools.
Monitoring industry trends and experimenting with new channels.
Direct cooperation with the CEO.
