KARKAS GROUP LLC construction company is a reliable partner with more than 10 years of experience in capital construction of agricultural and industrial facilities.

We are developing the company's digital presence and are looking for a responsible a digital specialist who will undertake the planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns, analytics and coordination of content processes.

Responsibilities:

Digital marketing

• Control and optimization existing advertising campaigns in digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads and other relevant platforms; setting up new campaigns;
• Working with web analytics: Google Analytics, Search Console - tracking conversions, funnels, user behavior;
• SEO coordination: content planning, monitoring site positions, control of technical tasks, purchase of links;

Content and creatives

• Creation of content (media and texts) - posts on social networks, scripts for shooting videos, writing articles;
• Experience in using AI tools to generate ideas, texts and initial versions of content;
• Setting tasks for copywriters, designers, photographers and videographers; quality control of the result;
• Coordinating the creation of advertising materials, placing them in the media space

Requirements:

• Experience in digital / PPC from 1 year.
• Practical experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Understanding basic web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• SEO promotion skills or experience of cooperation with SEO specialists.
• Analytical approach, attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with deadlines.
